Gimio is the first delivery app specifically for Amsterdam. Starting out with user-centered research including interviews and participant observation, I created this app with the belief that receiving a delivery should not be hard! Many citizens of Amsterdam have complained about the outdated delivery experience that the city was using and Gimio completely revamps the experience. Using seductive UX principles and well thought out micro- and macro-interactions, Gimio provides an experience that is both rewarding and wanted.
Handler is a delivery experience that comprises the two stakeholders that are involved in the delivery process: the customer and the deliverer. Designed with different users in mind, Handler caters the experience to the specific needs of each user. The mobile and smartwatch app for the customer takes into account the person's want to know where their package and where the courier is at all times. The courier also has an app where they can plan the route in advanced and let the customer know when they're coming. They can then affix their device to their delivery bike or truck to get on-demand directions to their destinations.
Atmos is a ambient tempescope for your home. I created this advertising campaign to highlight this product and its use as a weather predictor. Atmos is wifi connected so it updates when the weather does keeping you up to date at all times without having to look at your phone or laptop. Using various tag lines that called to the weather and one's convnience, I created three posters for a bus stop, a subway hub, and a billboard.
