Cook a pizza omelette in a frying pan

This is easy, delicious and yummy Italian style

 

Time 40 minutes ( Including 20 minutes preparation time)

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 hot long peppers
  • 20 piece of olives
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of permesan cheese

Step 1

Crack the 6 eggs in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper.

If you like it salty add 1 more teaspoon of salt.

Mix the eggs after adding the salt and the black pepper with fork.

Add the milk to the eggs.

Mix the milk with the eggs.

Add the tomatoes and the green hot peppers.

Mix the vegetables with the eggs .

Put the butter in the frying pan.

Adjust the flame to be low.

Add the eggs in the frying pan for 10 minutes and watch it till it cooked.
